Make-A-Wish® Tri-Counties seeks the best people to fulfill our vision of granting a wish for every eligible child. Every person who joins us commits to this vision — and uses it as a guide in every action.

Pattie Mullins

Chief Executive Officer
Pattie is the chief executive officer of Make-A-Wish Tri-Counties. Pattie is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the chapter in order to effectively achieve the foundation’s mission, goals and objectives established by our Board of Directors. Pattie is also directly responsible for development, communications and human resources. | 805.826.1178

Melissa Remotti

Director of Wishes
Melissa manages all aspects of children's wishes throughout the Tri-Counties including adherence to all policies and procedures relative to wish granting. She is also responsible for the volunteer and medical outreach programs. | 805.826.1181

Charleen Morla

Community Relations Manager
Charleen is responsible for many areas of direct public support for Make-A-Wish Tri-Counties. Her responsibilities include external events, Wish Night, Over The Edge, Macy's Believe Campaign, airline miles donations and toy donations. | 805.826.1179

Joan Hoven, CPA

Joan is responsible for financial administration and our financial database as well as supporting the audit and other finance related activities. Joan is a contract staff member. | 805.826.1184

Laura Corsello

Program Assistant
Laura provides overall support for the program department. Her responsibilities include referral intake as well as coordinating volunteer files. She also provides support in the wish granting process. | 805.826.1183
